Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your files, stored only until the link expires (3 to 14 days), then deleted. We do not open, scan for advertising, or analyse the content of your files.
• Email addresses you enter (yours and your recipients'), used only to send the download link and, for paid transfers, your receipt.
• Your message, if you add one, shown on the download page and in the email.
• Technical data such as IP address and browser information, kept in server logs and used to keep the service secure and to prevent abuse.

No account, no tracking

You do not need an account. We do not run advertising trackers. To see how many people visit the site, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and visits without cookies and without following you across other sites. It is not loaded on download pages (/d/…) or on the abuse report form. The captcha we use to block bots (Cloudflare Turnstile) may set its own technical cookies or storage.

Payments

Payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your card details. Lemon Squeezy shares with us only what we need to confirm that a transfer was paid for.

• Resend (sending email)
• Lemon Squeezy (payments)

We do not sell your data.

Reports of abuse

If someone reports a link, we may review the files it points to. We may disclose information to the authorities where the law requires it, for example when illegal content is reported.

Your rights

Because files and links delete themselves, there is normally nothing to remove. To ask about, correct or delete data we hold about you, email support@largefilesend.com.
